Performed research into the consequences of KATNAL2 loss-of-function specifically in Sertoli cells, as well as their role in primary cilia formation. Also identified novel KATNAL2 regulatory proteins and determined their role in the proper maturation of sperm cells.
Developed a high level of competency in performing various lab protocols such as BioID, immunohistochemistry, mammalian cell culture, gateway cloning, DNA transfections, mass spectrometry and statistical and bioinformatics analysis (FunRich and Ingenuity).
